Renovated rooms, convenient dining nearby, accessibility to Kings Island

Pool temperature could use improvement!!! Several guests reported issues with hot water in the mornings. Cleanliness of rooms appears inconsistent, and noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive!!!

My kids wished for more variety in the breakfast options.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cincinnati, Mason By Ihg was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the common areas, which made maneuvering easy for seniors like myself.

Breakfast area could use more seating space.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We visited Kings Island and Deerfield Towne Center. The breakfast had everything, including pancakes, and the pool was perfect after a long day. The rooms were comfy and super clean, making it feel like home.

The only downside was that at times, the breakfast area got a little crowded, making it tough to find seating.

Check-in was frustrating, with my credit card not being accepted, leading to an impolite exchange with staff. However, once settled in, the room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was notably friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast included delicious options, and despite the occasional crowded dining area, it was a nice start to our day.

The staff here was genuinely attentive! one evening, the front desk guy even chatted about how my son was excited for the trip, making us feel welcomed and valued.

It definitely wasn't cheap, but it was still okay for what we got.

great spot for weekend adventures and local eats

I loved waking up to find so many dining options just a few steps away, and being only about 5.5 km from Kings Island made our weekend filled with fun. plus, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and made us feel right at home.
